Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery. Hair must be unopened, unworn, uninstalled, unwashed and uncoloured, in its original packaging with the security ties intact. Any hair that has been opened or altered in any way cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
